Restaurant Topferstuben in Hoehr-Grenzhausen

The restaurant cannot be visited at the moment, but the Huth family has come up with something great: a delivery service. This doesn't sound like anything special at first, but it is well implemented. We treated ourselves to a goose dinner on the third Advent and we were not disappointed. We got a really hot meal delivered and placed on the table, consisting of a cut goose, dumplings, red cabbage and Brussels sprouts together with a sauce. There was also no waste, as the food was delivered in a cooking tray. We will clean this up and then give it back. Gladly again!

Very tasty food at a good price-performance ratio. Nice ambience. We will be back.

So that was nothing. We had a cigarette in the waiting time just before the door and then wanted to quickly go to the toilet before we sit back at the table. On demand, where we find, has already been answered a bit snippy. Well. At first glance, food is good, not tons, but enough to be full. -> where the plates would have to be examined more closely - my plate already had several chipping on the edge. Another meal was not what you're used to. A rump steak medium, which is only a touch pink, is definitely not medium ... on reclamation was not received. Although at the table with us a trained chef and I sat as the wife of a butcher and we know exactly what that really must look the mistake was not corrected and offered no substitute. Drinks were not adjustable after 4 glasses, because it was "sold out". Probably there was simply no steak left 🙈😂 Customer service is unfortunately not capitalized. Once and never again. Could have been an eighth evening ...

Unfortunately, the steak was underground, then the complaint processing ... sometimes it would be better just to shut up; instead of imposing a will on the customer and saying what is right and wrong! Never again .

Rude and no mistake in a rump steak should be the medium but unfortunately was through ... Never again ... Just rip off by the unreasonableness of the boss and her assistant.

It was not my first or my last visit to the pottery rooms. The food is consistently delicious. You are still greeted like a welcome guest with a handshake. Five stars are in my opinion too little I would like to give more if I could.

We were there for the asparagus buffet. Everything was delicious, always warm. It was always placed immediately. Also as very positive we felt, the never long queues at the buffet was, although the pottery was well visited. Our drinks were always fast at the table. The service was always friendly and nice. If you love a good home cooking, this is just right. Very good food for normal price. Everything very well prepared and also for the eye. The staff is very attentive and very friendly..The ambience is great. My wife and I have not been here for the last time. Happy Easter!

Great food, staff very nice, only the ambience reminds of the early 80s. We were there with 3 children, we sat in a back room, although we had already taken a seat in the front. It seemed like we wanted to keep the children away from the other guests. Smell of fresh paint or primer made headache. Too bad, that has narrowed the general picture

If you like good home cooking, a pleasant atmosphere and nice staff ........ yes, then you are right. Here is the price-performance ratio. In summer, the cozy beer garden invites you to linger. I am very happy to be a guest here and always feel welcome.
